Know you like wine - but you’re not sure how to describe what you like? Ever wondered what people mean when they call wine “oaky” or say that it has “tannins”?
Our introductory wine class, “Taste like a Somm” will offer an interactive, fun, and approachable way to learn how to critically taste what is in your glass along with the some secrets of the sommeliers. This is a great way to learn why you like what you like and to help you describe more easily what you like the next time you are out dining or in a wine shop. The tasting will include 5 wines alongside cheese and charcuterie, plus - we’ll practice a blind tasting, and the first person to guess their wine correctly will get to take home a bottle on us!
All of the wines we’ll taste will also be available for purchase at the wine shop on the first floor. The price of this class is $45 + tax + service charge per person.
